Seen from the Lungotevere of the splendid Castel Sant’Angelo, the two whiter arches of the Sant’Angelo bridge, modified by the works of 1893, can be recognised. On the left, a building of which I have no news, but which will presumably be demolished for the construction of the Casa Mother of the War Maimed and Invalid. In the background, beyond the Sant’Angelo bridge and under the Cupolone, the iron outline of the Alari bridge.

Thanks Erasmus!
